Here is our first ambassador of the I Run. Dr. Meena Ghosh.
Think running is a young person’s sport? Think again.
Dr. Meena Ghosh started to run at the age of 59 years.
She had never run before. There will be countless times in your life when you will feel down.
Sometime during the pandemic with her immediate family members falling sick, she choose to look for something positive and to focus on.
Entering the realms of being a ‘senior runner’ didnt deter Dr.Meena. She keep moving on, never giving up on herself.
“Everything in the universe is within you. Ask all from yourself.” – Rumi

WELCOME TO HYDERABAD I RUN
I Run is Hyderabad’s first an all exclusive women’s run that will be held on 12 March 2023 at Hitex.
More and more women are choosing to lace up and run down the miles on foot. They believe that the world of sports or fitness will not be portrayed as a man’s world.
I Run believes that every start line and every finish line is a triumph. Every woman has her story and her struggle and when you say I RUN, you’ll be celebrated the entire way.
I Run is for the new age woman who are changing the game, together.
I Run is for the woman who is smashing and breaking barriers.
I Run is for the woman who is set on changing the world for good, one step at a time.
You can start running anytime of your life, with any level of fitness - and we know this is a barrier for so many women who succumb to the lie that “oh, I can’t run” or “I’m not very good at running” … this doesn’t matter. Running has the power to change lives.
